Seagarden Studio, Glengarriff, West Cork

Seagarden Studio is home to Barbara Becker, where she creates images drawn from her experiences while living in her home country Australia, as well as Mexico, the USA and Ireland.

She studied art and design at the College of Fine Arts in Sydney, where she attained both a Bachelor of Arts (Fine Arts), and a Bachelor of Education (Visual Arts). Barbara also holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from New Mexico Highlands University. Creating paintings, pastels and illustrations at Seagarden Studio she is also a practicing teacher, now living in Glengarriff, Ireland.
